Quotes and estimates
Online quotes are good-faith estimates based on the information and photos you provide, valid for 21 days. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any change with you and get your approval before doing additional work.
Pricing
Our service minimum is $500, which includes up to 3 technician-hours of on-site work plus travel. Additional time beyond a 15-minute grace period is billed at $95/hour in 30-minute increments. Materials are itemized separately. As a Pennsylvania contractor performing residential repair work, we pay sales tax on materials at purchase; no separate sales tax line is added to your invoice.
Your rights under Pennsylvania law
We are a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor (PA HIC #PA123456). For contracts covered by the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to rescind the contract without penalty within three business days of signing. Any changes to agreed work require your written approval before the additional work is performed.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the fence on the scheduled date, including gate access and securing pets. Weather can move outdoor work; if we need to reschedule, we'll contact you as early as possible with new options.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card, check and cash. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may accrue a late charge as permitted by law.
Warranty
Repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty as described on our warranty page. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under Pennsylvania law.
Liability
We are fully insured. We are responsible for damage we cause; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage from causes beyond our control (weather, impacts, ground movement), or issues in parts of the fence we did not work on.
