1-year workmanship warranty
If a repair we made fails within one year because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. Simple as that.
What's covered
- Posts we set: staying plumb and solid in their footings
- Boards, rails, panels and sections we installed: staying fastened and aligned
- Gates we repaired: continuing to swing, close and latch properly
- Hardware we installed: hinges, latches and fasteners
What's not covered
- New damage from storms, falling limbs, vehicles or impacts
- Parts of the fence we didn't work on
- Normal weathering and color change of materials
- Ground movement beyond normal seasonal frost behavior
- Alterations made by others after our repair
Making a claim
- Send us a photo of the problem with your name and address.
- Use WhatsApp, email info@fencerepairnow.com, or call 215-939-7768.
- We'll confirm it's covered and schedule the fix — warranty visits jump the queue.
The fine print, honestly: this warranty covers our workmanship on the specific repair listed on your invoice, for one year from the completion date. It doesn't make us insurers of your whole fence — but if we touched it and it failed, we own it.
